<description>I very much enjoyed your article. I am not only a gamer but I am also a poker player. My music selection does very on my mood. In poker there different factors that determine my music selection. Game selection: For example, if I am playing a long tournament that has thousands of players in it, I tend to listen to music that is more on the mellow side, such as Miles Davis, John Coltrane or Chris Botti. More instrumental pieces. When I listen to music such as jazz I do not get overly aggressive in my play early in the tournament. If I am in a heads up match I tend to listen to more aggressive music such Joe Satriani or hard rock. Not only does my music selection vary due to how many players there are, but it also varies by the type of game. I play Texas Holdem but do not find it exceptionally exciting because of the variance. I will listen to ANYTHING that is upbeat to prevent boredom! Now when I play 5-Card Draw and 7-Card Stud I listen to music that is uplifting and happy, which is everything from Earth Wind and Fire to Cee Lo Green. I love Draw and Stud and I am having a good time and my music selection mirrors my mood.

And lastly....if I am loosing big...I listen to NO music at all. No money...no music :)

I look forward to future articles from you!
